A service charge of 2% per month (24% per year) will be assessed on overdue accounts. An account will be considered to be overdue anytime after an invoice is over 30 days old. All checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds will have an additional $20.00 service charge added to the outstanding account. Should Marjac Nursery Inc. incur collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs in collecting a delinquent account; the buyer expressly agrees to reimburse those costs and fees to Marjac Nursery Inc. Under the New Jersey Sales and Use Act tax on all nursery stock will be collected unless proper documentation is presented for tax exemption.

MARJAC Nursery warrants to the amount of purchase that plants sold are as represented within recognized industry tolerances. We shall not be liable for losses due to strikes, delays of carriers, fires, or any other causes beyond our control. Written notification of claims is required within 10 days of purchase.
